Please read the entire product description carefully before bidding. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to read the description. We will be more than happy to answer any and all questions promptly. Ordered item and shipping address can’t be changed after item shipped.

Warranty

All our Annke products (DVR and cameras and so on) are under 1 year warranty from the date they were shipped unless otherwise indicated. A 2 or 3 year warranty plan is also available for purchase. Our warranty covers all product malfunctions and defects. However, accessories and gifts are NOT covered in the warranty. Our warranty does not cover service or replacements made necessary by any external cause including without limitation, rust, corrosion, lightning, fire, theft, acts of nature, negligence, misuse, abuse, alteration, installation, delivery, unauthorized repairs, power failure or shortage. We reserve the right to determine if the product is within warranty or not.

During this period, we will repair or replace a defective product or part with a new or refurbished item. Repairs will be processed through the manufacturer, we will assist in the repair procedure in any way we can to expedite the process. The user is responsible for all transportation and insurance charges for the product return to us.

Return & Replacement

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days and we will replace it or refund the cost of the item,Shipping costs are non-refundable..All returned items must be kept in their original conditions.

You may download guides and tutorials, including setup and configuration for PC-Based DVRs, standalone DVRs, cameras, etc. We provide FREE lifetime support if you need technical help with any products you have purchased from us.
