Shipping Fees

ANNKE offers both free and paid shipping depending on the destination of your order.
Free shipping is available for most destinations.
However, additional shipping fees may apply to certain countries and regions, including but not limited to Canada, Malta, Barbados, Alaska, and destinations in Africa.

Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery destination, package weight, product type, and available shipping method.
The final shipping fee, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders placed through the ANNKE Official Store are generally processed within 3 business days after payment has been successfully receive

Please note that pre-order products are not subject to the standard processing time and will be shipped according to the estimated availability or shipping date stated on the relevant product page. 

Orders can only be processed and shipped after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping Warehouses

To provide more efficient delivery worldwide, ANNKE fulfills orders from multiple warehouses, including:

United States · Canada · Australia · Mexico · Czech Republic · United Kingdom · Poland · China Whenever possible, your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address, subject to product availability and inventory conditions.
If a product is unavailable at the nearest regional warehouse, ANNKE may arrange shipment from another available warehouse.
In some cases, the order may be shipped directly by air from our warehouse in China.

Therefore, products within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately or arrive at different times.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping warehouse, destination, carrier, product availability, and other logistics conditions.

For orders fulfilled from a local or regional warehouse, the typical delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.

If an order needs to be fulfilled directly from our warehouse in China, the estimated delivery time is approximately 15–20 business days.

The delivery times above are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances beyond ANNKE's reasonable control.

ANNKE is not responsible for losses or damages resulting solely from delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

ANNKE is not responsible for failed deliveries, lost packages, additional shipping charges, or other losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, unauthorized address changes, fraudulent forwarding, or other customer-related delivery issues.

We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled.

If a customer requests cancellation after the order has already been dispatched, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, carrier charges, and any other additional expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Package Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for checking the condition of the package when it is delivered.

Before signing for or accepting the shipment, please inspect the package for visible damage whenever possible. If the package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery after informing the carrier or delivery personnel of the reason.

If you accept a package and later discover shipping damage, please retain the original packaging and contact ANNKE Customer Support as soon as possible with your order information and relevant photos or videos so that we can assist you.
