    I have been very happy with my purchase from Annke. I purchased the wrong DVR the first time, but their customer support by chat was quick and helped me to get the correct model that would work with my existing cameras. Unit is working perfectly and the app for viewing remotely works great too. Very happy with this purchase and their customer support.

    This is a decent replacement DVR, although there is no documentation on how to set it up and adjust all the settings, if you go to their website and look through all of the information they have available, none of it is applicable to this model so it's basically learn as you go, after a week of use I am still trying to get some of the settings correct, I called for assistance and left a message and still waiting to hear back over a week now and no response sent an email and the same still no response but if you are comfortable navigating on your own this unit is a good replacement if your older DVR has failed and you don't want to buy a whole new system.
